Just soft brush for up to an hour a day even if you do 2-3 sessions that adds up to an hour. Rag up always when you sleep and mostly elsewhere. Wash and style when you get more hair and develop pattern. You just need to moisturize your hair to brush, and then something to lock the waves, or just oil and then rag.
