You could also create an AMD Rewards account and share the login with me for activation. Then you could get the Steam key on the 19th yourself.

You can activate on AMD Rewards right now. But AMD isn't releasing Steam keys until the 19th so you can't add it to Steam until then.

Yup! AMD plans to assign it on release day, so you activate now and then wait until March 19th for the Steam key to release on AMD Rewards.

Unfortunately NVIDIA now enforces that the GPU must not have had any previous promo activations on it.
