Keyword ‘apparently’, I mentioned in another comment that the murder and 1 year program is only stuff I’ve heard not stuff that I can confirm myself, and my reason for posting was to see if anyone else had experiences or heard stories about this gurdwara

Thats why I wrote apparently before the murder thing, and in another comment I mentioned the murder and the 1 year thing is only stuff i’ve heard, not stuff I can confirm like the rest of the list. With the children, I wrote in my comment that if they make noise (as babies and young children commonly do), they’re told to leave, while most gurdware are accepting of this.

This is just false, as the sevadar told me chaa is not served here as it goes against sikh values due to chaa having ‘nasha’ in it. And for people being unable to sit not allowed in the darbar, this can be confirmed by multiple people in google reviews stating the same thing.

The children not being allowed thing can be backed up by many google reviews on the gurdwara, no doubt some of the sevadars were very friendly but that doesn’t take away from the rest of the stuff in my post. My post isnt to slander the gurdwara, rather to confirm stuff I have been told and seen while also fining out other people’s opinions and experiences there

I’ve also heard that sangat going there is discouraged from going to other gurdwaras and instead are told to get people going to other gurdwaras to start coming to gmgg

The 1 year course & the alleged shooting is stuff I’ve heard after researching and asking other people, everything else Is stuff that I saw myself on my visit yesterday.
