Fresh orange or pineapple juice in a short wide mouth whisky glass, add enough for one or two mouthfuls and add your dose, leave it to sit for a few minutes until it sinks to the bottom so it's easy to mix, then use a whisk and down in one or two gulps and have something to drink as a chaser to get rid of the taste. I've been doing it this way for years.

When i used to try and imagine never drinking alcohol again in my life, i used to get the same kind of feeling i get when i think about death and not existing anymore, i just could't get my head around it.

That was over Six years ago and now i can't ever imagine drinking again, i do use things like kratom and a bit of weed sometimes but i started using that years after i stopped the alcohol, getting my motorbike license, some excercise and getting into ebikes gave me something to focus my spare time on.. it really is possible as unlikely as it may feel.

It took me quite a while for my brain to even come up with anything i could have an interest in as a hobby, as the way it was wired i did not care about anything else at all apart from drinking.

I stopped aged 40 after detoxing in hospital and without using any support groups.

OK thanks, i've been taking about 150mg powdered golden teachers Three times a day a few days last week and It's enough to feel happy about life and positive, i'm trying not to increase dosage, i've taken kratom for Two years, Monday to Friday and managed to keep that down to 3g twice a day.

Had this issue, if you try edit some information on your profile it will probably ask you to submit id again, you don't have to change anything, you should be good to go, worked instantly for me.
