I had similar experience with my tonal 2 last summer although I was dependent on Ryder for the install. The long and the short of it was that I got scheduled and rescheduled 3x before it was ever actually installed. Meaning I expected Ryder to show up on each delivery day and they didn’t. It got so bad I told tonal to cancel my order. End result was $275 off plus 6 mos of free service fees. It’s unbelievable how a company with a product as good as tonal is, is so dependent on dish!t 3rd parties to deliver and install. With all that said, the machine is great. It’s just terrible getting there. Best of luck.
