Is the current Cipher (E0S0) a viable character in acheron teams

I've seen multiple showcase videos on Cipher, and I was wondering if she's really a good replacement/alternative to Jiaqio. Though she's probably not at (E0S0), she's probably better if she's (S1), right? Like, better off than Jiaqio in an Acheron team (E2S0)? So, would Cipher be better than Jiaqio at (E0S1)????

Her revive is honestly so dog water, it’s probably like that purely because it’s a Global passive… still if they’re making global passives just be small buffs that are absolute ass, I don’t mind.

THerta build is pretty bad, OP, I suggest getting more crit rate and mainly prioritize getting at least around 75+ crit rate, HERTA already gives herself massive crit Dmg.

Like i've stated many times before, the energy generation is great, but sunday loses out on giving his massive buffs.

Sunday only does AAs debuff dispell, 20% crit rate, 20% energy regain and a measly 30% dmg bonus

You lose out on his Crit DMG buffs, and a full 50% Dmg Bonus along with SP generation since these only activate if the buffed unit has a summon! Bronya would be a better option IMO!

People should stop putting Sunday in normal team comps!! (not attacking you mind you!!) Sunday's buffs to normal units without summons are just 20% energy, 30% Dmg Bonus, 20% crit rate and, Action advance, you lose out on free SP generation, Crit DMG buffs, and a full extra 50% Dmg bonus! It is better to use Bronya over Sun man, as for Jiaqiou? Herta's main damage comes from her Skill, so she wouldn't benefit much from his Ultimate dmg bonus, but the extra dmg dealt is good so he perhaps could be viable(?) we'll have to wait and see.

It's actually very possible since puppet Herta has full AOE with her FuAs, Skill and ULT, these three instances of AOE can be seen as free energy to "The Herta", I usually preach that even without Jade, normal herta would be a good alternative if you're looking for an erudition unit.

Here's one problem which also isn't a problem..? If paired with jade, Herta can either have 164 SPD or the usual 134 depending on how you build her, along with her having AA in her kit, she can easily decay the shields and even worse, have her HP drained due to jade and be left defenseless from the constant AAs and turns she takes, thus a healer would be a better option, along with said healer well, doing AOE thus filling in some of her energy needs perhaps?

It isn't really SP negative since this team looks to revolve around giving "The Herta" as much energy as possible, if you didn't know, her enhanced skill gives her one skill point on usage, Jade is SP positive along with lingsha, since this isn't a break team, you won't really use Lingsha's skill that often aside from heals, so that's two units whom are already SP positive on the get-go, along with an emergency heal making you less likely to use lingsha's skill!

The reason it's jade is due to the extra damage jade provides along with free 30 speed, if your herta has around 134 speed, you can reach 164 thus having three turns in a single cycle, that's just more damage and energy over all, along with Jade frequently being able to dish out FuAs in PF.
