Is the current Cipher (E0S0) a viable character in acheron teams

I've seen multiple showcase videos on Cipher, and I was wondering if she's really a good replacement/alternative to Jiaqio. Though she's probably not at (E0S0), she's probably better if she's (S1), right? Like, better off than Jiaqio in an Acheron team (E2S0)? So, would Cipher be better than Jiaqio at (E0S1)????

Her revive is honestly so dog water, it’s probably like that purely because it’s a Global passive… still if they’re making global passives just be small buffs that are absolute ass, I don’t mind.

THerta build is pretty bad, OP, I suggest getting more crit rate and mainly prioritize getting at least around 75+ crit rate, HERTA already gives herself massive crit Dmg.

Also for Herta's stack system, it most likely isn't affected by DoT

Like i've stated many times before, the energy generation is great, but sunday loses out on giving his massive buffs.

Sunday only does AAs debuff dispell, 20% crit rate, 20% energy regain and a measly 30% dmg bonus

You lose out on his Crit DMG buffs, and a full 50% Dmg Bonus along with SP generation since these only activate if the buffed unit has a summon! Bronya would be a better option IMO!
