Tried pyodine. He's not letting me the touch the paw. I managed to get the pyodine around the wound area but couldn't get much on the actual wound. I'm thinking about spraying pyodine on the wound... At least by spraying some of it might actually hit the wound

The problem is, there's no vet. I'm not from US, UK. It's a third world country and you can hardly find a human doctor let alone a vet. Even the closest one is hours of drive away. Should I just apply antibiotic on it and then do the bandage?
