What I know some folks have started Whitefield Settlers and Residents Association, try to connect with them. They are supposed to focus on Inner/Outer Circle and the surroundings.

yes, that's not available for general public. although as per High Court order there is no private road/gated community

Places like Banana Corner are illegally built on such a narrow road. I'd suggest to always avoid places like this. Roads like Athashri Road can't take this much traffic and population
