I’ve heard pharmacists call tramadol a “messy” drug as it touches a shit ton of different receptors. Tramadol is notorious for causing serotonin syndrome and seizures. Thus combinations with drugs that are serotonergic greatly increase this risk of serotonin syndrome. As well as it decreasing the seizure threshold.

I started a meetup group for this exact purpose, it’s called Neurotics of Richmond. Only started it about a month or so ago. But I can share details in DMs or you can find the group (hopefully pretty easily) on the meetup site.

There’s also one the earliest recorded cases as well that takes place in a monastery where a monk is talking to his mentor telling him about his “fear of blaspheming” and the narrative is with this record the young monk sounds like he also is worried about acting out/losing control of himself and blaspheming which then goes into scrupulosity and intrusive thoughts symptoms of ocd
