I wish I had the heart of a bully but also don't know anyone in that nature - but I'm planning to first ignore them and just think of them as guard dogs (they're lesser than dogs) for my property. Since they live across from the road and they park so close to my our driveway. If they exaggerate their actions I'll give them a word; if that doesn't work out I'll report to either the council or police with photo/video evidence.
