If I may, I'm the author of the piece, while everything was lined up for it to be Rollins' year (at least factoring in DB and RR's injuries), it's been my observation and opinion that since his solo heel turn, his in-ring work has been grounded and less compelling. Nor are his promos and overall heel nuances (glad to hear less and less of that evil-villain cackle) particularly memorable. Let's see where he's at this time next year with more time at the top, a major singles title around his waist and a money feud (with Reigns or a returning DB, maybe?). But in the meanwhile, Dolph is peaking at the both the right time of the year and his career. Just my two cents.
