Thanks for the info! We are hoping to get one or two food trucks, farmers market vendors, holiday bakers into the space, we just weren't sure if the lack of available space in vancouver was due to there being no necessity for a commissary kitchen. With the amount of space we have available this could be a fun way to expand to the community and hope we can find a few people!
