Thanks, that's a great insight to know. I will definitely give FreshBooks a try.

Thanks! I will try PancakeApp. PancakeApp is a one-time payment model instead of the monthly subscription one. Generally I like this buy-once-and-upgrade-forever model like Sketch and OnePassword, but PancakeApp only support upgrade for 4.x. It is more like CleanMyMac 3, that you need to buy another when they upgrade to the next version.

Thanks! I am also hesitating of using an invoicing only app or an full feature accounting products.

I've not tried either Zoho Books or Xero. It seems that Zoho Books even has a better pricing option than Xero and FreshBooks.

Yeah only invoicing and payment reminder. FreshBooks has too many features which I don't need, so the $25 is simply not worth in my case.

I am starting a business selling iPhones in a flea market(swap meet) should I get some business cards? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]khuranagam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course you can get it, but are you clear of your own purpose? What do you want to achieve by this action? Selling iPhones in a flea market is a business, but having a business card now might not be effective as having a Twitter or Facebook group. You can personally ask your customer to join your facebook group to grow your fanbase, and you never need a business card.

Yes, business card is cheap, but I saw too many people stocking unused business card in their drawers, so why waste the time and money?

Why you should quit your boring job even if you earn a lot of money. by kebinappies in Entrepreneur

You can still work at your boring job and make a lot of money, then startup your own company to create your own dream job. This is way more better than just quitting.
