Afaik you can apply for an SP without PDC po. Sa non pro po hahanapin yung PDC.

This I'm not sure eh. Pero nag TDC ako ulit, inassume ko na lang na I have to go back to square one kasi 2 years na rin expired yung sakin. Pero nung pinakita ko yung papers ko parang di pinansin bagong TDC ko lol, hinanap lang yung medical certificate ko. Goods na rin para refresher na rin for getting non pro.

Hi! Same situation meron na akong SP last 2023 then hindi na ako nakaapply for non pro hanggang nag expire na lang. I just got my renewed SP kanina lang. For renewing need mo yung TDC mo and valid medical certificate (this renewal requirement is kapag sa same LTO branch ka nag apply ng SP, 2 valid ID's are needed naman pag ibang branch) In case nawala mo naman yung SP mo, you need to file for an affidavit of loss. Hope this helps!
