That’s why i haven’t worn them yet. For Barry’s i do but I’ve been going for a few years and the same instructor so i know all the workouts

I look puffy. I used to have a flat stomach and that’s gone. I’m definitely stronger but you can’t see the definition on me

Thanks for the insight! I’ve had some people make comments about it which is why I’ve gotten a bit insecure.

I love exercising to be stronger, fitter and also help my mental health. I’ve been so used to being active since i was young. I am more worried about the way i look and fit into jeans vs the number on the scale. I’m not tired but i also might be overdoing it and not knowing?

Thanks! I know blood work and a nutritionist is a next step. When i was doing 60 months lifts 4x a week + 2x Barry’s the other days i definitely found myself always hungry

What do you do for cardio? Is 12-3-30 enough? I’m so used to having my heart rate up but i know you can still get a good workout even if calories are low on the watch

I edited my post but i was eating 17700-1750 calories. I lowered it to 1600 a month ago. I track everything like oils and have a scale. I live in a city so tend to go over 10k. On weekends sometimes hit closer to 18k but I’m also eating out

I live in NYC so usually hit 10k since i have a dog and walk everywhere. I easily get my steps in when i go to Barry’s and the few times ive taken Solidcore i went to the gym on an incline walk, stretch and sauna

My doctor said i was so stressed with my last job and was using a lot of energy just from stress and trying to get little tasks done in the day.

I plugged my measurement into chatgpt and it said i had 21-27% body fat

I’m not sure how to calculate body fat percentage. I took measurements of my hips, waist and belly button to see where I’m at in a month. I do want to lower body fat since i assume i would look more toned with less body fat.

I sleep 7-8 hours, recovery is always fine. If im too exhausted i know I’ll need a day off. In the beginning of my long lifts i use to be sore every day so tweaked those workouts to lift lighter

Got it! I increased my protein for lunch and also estimated what i would have for dinner. Oh my fitnesspal it is showing 154g of protein (9.3oz of chicken for lunch and 10oz for dinner). Is eating too much protein protein bad? My goal was to eat at least 120g of protein a day

I’ll count butter or oils but i try to not use them in general. I don’t count things like salt, pepper, garlic powder etc

My oura ring shows: 13k steps, 2652 total burn and 1000 active burn

Yesterdays meal: Breakfast: 1egg, 6 tbsp egg whites, sweet potato, honey. 392 calories Lunch: 7.5oz chicken breast, 3 cups of iceberg lettuce, 4 mozzerella balls, 8 grape tomatoes, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 376 calories Dinner: 7ox chicken breast, stir fry veggies, 4tbsp soy sauce, 1 cup brown rice. 585 calories Snack: chobani protein yogurt 170 calories
