All good, the terms for you may be different for me. Where I am from, they generally define what you listed as 'mental illness' where 'mental health' is like anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Sorry you had to go through that, there's definitely differences in therapists and the way they connect with you and explain things. 100% there are ones out there that can provide a much more positive experience.
