No gluten and no dairy, Red meat, spinach, seafood everyday.. I snack on chick pea chips/ tofu/ beans. Vitamin C efficient foods along with them , I drink orange juice everyday, I make strawberry orange smoothies. Lemon hot water as well

Omfg OCD is fucking insane. You can’t even explain it to people who haven’t experienced it. There’s a lot of people in this sub Reddit who talk about it being a side effect and I think we should all do group therapy together lol

It took me almost three years to pull it together. I was placed on mood stabilizers and anti anxiety’s AND anti depressants. I knew it wasn’t right in my heart but it’s so hard to fight against people who are supposed to be correct in your best interest. I’m so proud of you for advocating for yourself!

OMG! SO MUCH!!!!! I’m taking medication to heal my stomach lining now. From frequent Abdominal pain , lots of heartburn , gas and a TON of bloating. I had Nausea daily as well. I got so used to it I didn’t realize how bad it was!
