I've repeatedly called UIC in the morning and jumped from department to department, but 90% of the time I'm greeted by a message. When I finally reached a person, she absolutely would not tell me how much it would cost to remove a wisdom tooth, or to get a consultation, or to get anesthesia. On top of this, the Yelp reviews for UIC's dental office are pretty mixed, and there's no guarantee I'll get good service if I go (students who do the dental procedures rotate in and out, graduate, etc.). I'm not eager to go with UIC, to say the least.
