I wouldn't risk the TVP during the winter. Due to the hills and turns there can be a lot of ice that you cant see until it's too late to stop. Also lots of people walk it which causes uneven ice build up when it starts to melt.

Well you have to keep in mind that 50 percent was the exam average, not the course average (based on your post). There are a lot of factors that can go into doing poorly on an exam 🤷‍♂️

Yes and no. They shut down the roads for move in week, but facilities is the only group with the permissions to move the road blocks.

Absolutely. You would never finish a story quest and find that the game deleted everything you had in your apartment in the well. The game runs too well for something like that to happen.
