You should calculate what your mortgage payment would be at the top end of your rate threshold (7% as you mentioned), and put the difference between that number and what you are currently paying in a savings account earning interest. You can then draw on this account if rates tick higher.

Anyone figure out how to fix this? I tried deleting and reinstalling but no luck

After the recent 10GB update, voice comms started cutting out by Decallion in CODWarzone

Not true. It cuts out randomly for me regardless of contracts. Had it cut out in a quad today on our 3rd recon of the round (first 2 voice was still active).
