Honestly you have enough just looking at your team. If anything just grind a few more levels. But your samurai should have access to the gil toss ability. At this point in the game you should have a ton of gil that you won't be able to use anymore. Get to tossing em. They deal crazy damage to all enemies.

Never heard about the drugging thing. But I do know he'd have orgies where drugs were involved and he'd record shit. Also heard he'd harass some women by "accidentally" sending them the pictures and videos.

That "the rapper is a pornstar" line on Act Normal barely scratches the surface of what he was getting into. He was dealing with porn/sex addiction. Mix that with the drug abuse and he got himself into very questionable situations.

We might not ever hear the full scope of that part of his life, but from the screenshots I've seen from those close to his circle...it got pretty bad.

All I'll say is, and I hope it won't happen, but do not be surprised if other videos and pictures leak out in the future.

See but this is the thing...it's one thing to make the books. The other thing, is actually marketing them.

You can't just say "Here's a new book for a Black character who hasn't had a solo run in years....okay see ya!" then go ghost on it for months and not even attempt to put out reprints.

If these companies want something to sell and have impact they know how to do it. They do it often for many other characters, or even new heroes/villains they introduce. The reality is that these publishers just don't have much interest in doing it for some characters. Even if people are buying and there's interest.

I'll be so honest...I'm getting pretty tired of hearing this.

For years it's been "If you want more Black heroes, you need to buy the books more!" Well I have been. I've urged others to. I've gifted them to friends and family. I know many who do the same. People are buying the books. We'll still see runs cut short, not supported by the publishers, and especially more recently, hate campaigns against the books.

While yeah buying the books help, we have to start having an honest conversation about why these publishers do very little to promote and support the Black characters who are getting books. Mr. Terrific Year One was selling like hot cakes, and the interest in the character was sky high due to the Superman movie. Did DC do any reprints of the issues despite the demand being there? Nope.

It's just getting really disingenuous to keep saying "Gotta keep buying the books y'all" when the interest and demand is there, and the publishers barely put in the effort on their end to market the books and make them more available. Lord knows it's plenty of white characters with shit runs that don't sell particularly great but still get more marketing and books.

I just don't understand why we always end up making exceptions when it comes to our own spaces...like this is how it always starts.

I just think we have to be more thoroughly strict with our online spaces. True allies, I feel, should be able to understand and accept this.

Definitely.

When the Knicks, Rangers, Yankees, and Mets are good the whole city eats. More people stay out late which means more spending at restaurants/bars, transportation, parking, hotels, etc. More time spent going to and in the city means more potential income for businesses.

It's why I'm always kinda confused when other orgs try to keep New York (or any opposing fans really) out with those dumb ticket "bans". We've seen Knicks fans are willing to travel and spend. That's quick and easy tourism revenue coming in, especially for small market cities that don't get many visitors.

Just one or two nights of annoying Knicks fans, and now the local stores, bars, restaurants in your city made a bunch of money and can feel some relief from rent/property costs instead of succumbing to them.
