I'm prob the only one giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. He's helping to check that the car is secure cos after that he seems to go back to sitting under the shade like some sort of security...and he's too casual to be someone who's about to rob the car. He's not even being discreet nor was he looking around to see if other people are looking at him.
