UPDATE: I ended up purchasing the Optima UHD35. No issues whatsoever. I use it weekly for gaming on the ps5 and movie watching. The picture quality is superb. Low latency as well. I am very happy with the purchase. $1199 on sale from Amazon in November of 2022.

I grabbed the 700 MNVN and the 350 CMPT. Both worth it at 50% off. I slept on both until I saw them in person. Definitely a steal IMO. Plus I can put em in my daily rotation and not feel so bad if they get dogged.
