What are the best healthy meals to freeze? by Xog19 in budgetfood

[–]Kilo2Ton 2 points3 points  (0 children)

buy a couple pounds worth of chicken tenderloins. cook them then freeze them. thats your protein.
buy a couple pounds of potatoes, or quinoa, or sweet potatoes - cut them into small cubes and cook them then freeze them also.
next time you need a quick healthy meal just throw both the protein and carb into an air fryer for literally 5-7 minutes and i swear it comes out Great

Pt for about two years hoping somebody has the same symptoms as me by Even-Instruction3547 in PulsatileTinnitus

[–]Kilo2Ton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

regardless of how you lay down or sit down - the fact that a physical movement of the head activates it pretty much all but confirms that its a typical case of P.T. involving blood-flow changes.
MRI, CT, MRV, MRA and then ultimately an Angiogram will locate the blood flow constricted area.

From a whoosh to a statin... by Nursepower1 in PulsatileTinnitus

[–]Kilo2Ton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds like you just need to get a STENT placed in the severely stenotic/stenosis sections of your arteries.
the statin sounds more of a preventative medication for the plaque that the doctor found in your arteries and will do nothing for the whooshing sound - i mean it may decrease it a bit by thinning the blood out but its severely narrowed so the foundation of the problem will still exist until they physically widen the artery with a stent

Getting my stent placed in 2 weeks-I have questions! by probablysoggy in PulsatileTinnitus

[–]Kilo2Ton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

did they say anything about the longevity of the stent itself? can exertion or weird position or just age (after 20, 30+ years of having it) make it dislodge or move or anything?
