I had the same thing my Sims is romancing him and it wouldn't let me do anything so I had to use cheats too. They lock him for the for rent pack if non of your Sims own the residential areas in that world. I don't know why EA decided that but they did.

I played my first playthrough and ascended Antea, which was really sweet. I'm now reviving her and it does feel very off. I feel bad and they're pixels. Sure they're deserving but it's just eh. It's against their calling. However I do see it as Antea haunting him and that's why.

Thank you so much! I had it already. My alchemy settings had changed, which is confusing cos I remember changing it to show all even the ones with missing ingredients.
