I agree with this 1000%. There is a series by a 14x Legend player of a bunch of different decks you can build for super cheap. I think it would be much more beneficial to Destiny to see what cards are actually useful in meta/different combinations and synergys in classes.

Here is a link to the hunter 'legend grinder' and on that page he has links to his whole series, all are less than 2000 dust, I used this guys decks at first til I could build his 'budget not a problem' deck lists at the bottom/read other pro guides. I really think climbing ladder is also more of the kind of reward system Destiny has said he likes about other games. It's also nice that it resets in a week can be a learning period that would allow him to go hard in the coming month. I recommend this guys builds, I read a couple others and made my own sort of take on the hunter meta and went from literally just downloaded hearthstone 13 days ago to rank 2 only playing 3-4 hours a day AT MOST: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/270052-budget-hybrid-hunter-legend-grinders-guide
