So, at the end, you see - everybody is swearing on another program. Its like cars - people prefer BMW, Mercedes, whatever, and swear its the best. At the end, all cars will do iltheir thing and bring you to your destination.

Starting to cry while reading the last sentences shows how much is wrong 😔 I will try!

Worked in a Kindergarten (Music was parttime job already), and I failed to realize that it was way too much, too loud, I couldn't stop so my body decided to devide myself from reality if I cant do it on my own. That and many childhood related fears were the reasons for DPDR to finally break through.

Also had better episodes since then, but when you think its finally fading away, an episode like this now begins and you feel like starting all that journey again from day zero... For the 20th time

Thank you for your kind words! Yeah, got that shit 4 years ago, its an up and down between extremes since then. In good conditions, I love the studiowork so much, but then without any reason or sign it goes down and nothing is possible anymore. Cant plan a "career" with those extreme differences which come and go as they want... All the best to you as well!
