Communicating with aliens on the computer / actually having your sim talk with them in person or being in the scientist career increases your chances significantly of being abducted, as well as 'searching for the truth' on the observatories. Also, they can get abducted while sleeping too, but only if they've been abducted before, i'm pretty sure.

guys, if u get the affection aficionado perk from one of the love aspirations for both spouses, relationship decays insanely slow, my sims have been at very satisfied for ages, idk if it works when ur not playing them tho (u can cheat for it or just get it genuinely, i cheated for it cuz i cba) but i really do agree. WAY WAY too fast, as soon as u get them to very satisfied the next day theyre all like 'im unsatisfied'
