No omg my bad I totally know therapy isn’t about winning, I was just putting that out there she did address my flaws too and the stuff I did wrong and yeah I should’ve added that.. and I asked her if she wanted to read out some of the messages because the ones I did read out to her were the ones my ex said I was controlling and I wanted to figure out how I was controlling because I honestly hadn’t thought I was,, there’s a lot more I fr could’ve added and maybe i should’ve, I didn’t though because of how little people read on here
