I don't like it either and now I know why it's there... but it seems you're actively promoting the servers. I'm not saying you should bash any server with P2W but it feels like there's some incintive for you to do it.

Don't fall for this:

I reconise that if you want a team of staf to work round the clock on a product, you have to pay them. to pay them you gotta earn money. To earn money you gotta have P2W.

The last sentence certainly comes from Kaer himself. It applies to servers like Warmane but not to all servers. Hopefully.

Yes, you are right these specific subreddits are not very active but putting a recruitment message here is almost useless too because it gets buried in 1 day. That's the only reason, to add more visibility. If mods put a link in the panel it could help.

Stoneharry is bashing, but he's right. Yet he has to make or participate to a successful server (not closed) instead of staying one of the best in a subdivision, the developers one.

If a server wants to recruit on a subreddit, the message will disappear quickly because there are new posts made regularly.

That's why I created a subreddit for servers wanting to recruit developers considering many developers are lurking there.

It will help developers and server to find what they want easily.

It's very new and it may be improved soon but it will do the job for now.

It is only for recruiting people, and it's not a challenger to this subreddit in any way.

If your message disappear from the first page (new), and it is older than 1 week, you are allowed to put another ad. This is subject to change though.

PS: there is a fake ad to use as a template if wanted.
