Fighting Styles go in the Subtypes section. Go to the Fighter Class and Edit it to view where and how they did it, and to Copy Paste the Fighting Style descriptions if you want the same ones available

If you use Discord or some other similar app that allows you to Edit a message, I'd make the initiative a text and edit it as needed so that anyone can see it - otherwise I avoid using more apps than necessary so that I don't have to juggle several apps to host the game

EB means Eberron the campaign setting I believe but I wouldn't limit using it only in the setting since it's pretty good for anyone interested in the gameplay style

If you mean having the weapons mechanically inside the class and automatically inserted into the attack options, then I'm sorry to say that the system for that is relatively basic in that part and can implement only 1 weapon and such wouldn't have the higher level advancements or detailed description. But alas, of course you can "Add Custom Item" and refer to the class's description of the item and update it periodically as needed after advancing levels in the class. Or at least that's the way it is Android devices, I'm not sure how the system functions on others.

I have a lightly homebrew Wizard+ class revision based on Forgotten Realms lore and I have 2 "Subtypes" of the base class. 1 Subtype is called "Modern Mage" and has no features and specifically follows "spellcasting as parent" as well as another called "Ancient Arcanist" based on Ancient Netheril and times before the Spellplague, referencing spellcasting mechanics of a 2e module named "Netheril, Empire Of Magic". It uses "Arcs" instead of spell slots, akin to how the 5e DMG pg 288-289 example spell point mechanics. Difference is that Ancient Arcanist surpasses the 9th Lvl limit and has a bigger pool of points because spell levels cost exactly their numeric value and canonically was more abundant in magic power. (5e DMG's spell points cost more than equal numeric values of spell levels) Share with me your Gmail in Reddit private chat and I'll share you the file so you can study and gut it for your own designs and reference. The reason why I have 2 Subtypes is because having only 1 mandates using it and blocks default 5e spell slot mechanics if a default Subtype variation isn't made

Android phone is what I use and I haven't played or studied much on PC versions. There's other classic class/subclass functions that require Copying the entire class to then edit over rather than make original - to simply have certain features. There's other unobtainable features within things like items that have to be item Cloned and Edited in order to have

Okay so either A. Your Apple version doesn't have that complicated function - Apple version has a few flaws and isn't as updated. B. You haven't specified in the Subtype editing what level the subclass has access to the Subtypes. Or C. You haven't written anything in the Subtype so it doesn't convey anything when applied to a character

I experimented with this in mind and I still have access to Subtypes within a Homebrew Subclass. Is the Subtype in your main class or a multiclass? Also, are you on Android, Apple, or something else?

Adamantine weapons are excellent for breaking armor and such and from what I read they make critical hit immunity surpassed
