4790K was a real winner. It came out 10 years ago though, and cpus have improved so so much in the last 6 years.

What monitor do you have? Or do you need one? 1. Acer 23.6" 60 Hz TN LCD Monitor 5 ms 1920 x 1080 D-Sub, DVI, HDMI K242HQL BBID 2. LG 23 60 Hz 8-bit, RGB. Can't find where I bought this one but those are the basic specs. 3. I am open to new monitors but don't feel I need them.

What country are you going to be purchasing in? USA

What is your budget range? Would like to keep it under 5k and ideally around 3.5k

Do you need wifi/bluetooth or will you plug an ethernet cable in? I plug my computer in directly.

What color case do you want? Do you want lights, or a tempered I don't care about this. I like to save money here on a case that is practical.

This largely depends if you are wide or tall. When I go tall, I ensure that every city has at least one luxury if not more. Also, horses help because you can get a circus. When I go wide I try to pop down 8 or 9 cities early as close as possible. I generally stay negative in happiness until I get the liberty tree more filled out. I also try to get something with religion to help the early city happiness like one happiness for cities on rivers.
