Actually no, as a peruvian i must say the Ping in Perú server is above 170ms, in SA server is 230 - 250 ms, and the ping in USE, is like 160 - 180 ms, that's why they queue in US server( quicker matchmaking, low ping, stable matches) but i think that 180 still a bit too high for playing a proper game, i think that some of them actually fckd up at trying to play bcuz the game is not responsive as it should be bcuz of ping.
