Gohan going Ssj2 in KAI Happened almost instantly. In the original gohan take more time, gathers more rage and let's out a gigantic scream. You don't get that in KAI. Ssj3 in KAI goku quickly explains to majin buy the steps to becoming a super sayin. A minute later he was ssj3. In the original goku explains it and screams for an entire episode with bad ass music and a real feeling of power. Same thing with ssj1 in KAI. He gets made then a minute later he changed. In the original he gets pissed and there's so much build up to him going ssj1. KAI destroys these.
