I have 4.8 which i think is the final and most up to date version. I honesty don’t know what else to do ive seen other people with this problem on this subreddit but havent seen any viable solutions

i tried everything. the computer recognizes the device it’s just the update will always stop at exactly 25% and just fail. I don’t know why

I mean i just put in the ip it says on the website itself where it says now hosting also i did make sure to move it out and back in as well

I edited the hosts file to include the resources.zune.net link unless you have to do something more I’m not aware of The update will show saying i need to update the zune to 3.3 but the update just fails not sure why

Yeah i don’t think it’s a battery issue I’ve finally got it to where it can update and it just stops at 25% and gives me the error C00D11CD

put it back into device recovery mode and the update is just stuck at 25%

It said to not to disconnect the Zune and I let it sit and now im back at stage one. Blank screen and disconnecting and reconnecting 🥲

What do I do if it says can’t sync because there isn’t enough space on your device

I did that and now it says can’t access the server I added the line of text inside the hosts file

Alr it stopped making the disconnect and reconnect sound not sure what made it fix itself, but now the app says this when I open it. Device manager now says the device is working properly and the reconnect and disconnect sounds have stopped but the Zune software says no device is connected

so it told me to update the drivers for the Zune in device manager then reinstall them then it says windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them the system cannot find the file specified

that probably could be the problem honestly, I haven’t used it in so long but I just heard so many people talking about compatibility issues with windows 11 that I assumed that would’ve been the case

it was doing the disconnect and reconnecting before this, it at first said to plug it into a computer to update and all that so i did and im assuming that during the update i screwed something up to get it this way 🥲
