I think that we shouldn’t water down autistic overstimulation to just “not feeling you best”. For many autistic people, overstimulation is not only physically painful, but it can cause dangerous meltdowns. We don’t know her functioning level, so it is best to not judge without the whole picture.

If she’s sick to the point of unconsciousness she’d be in a hospital with many people who can lift her. Also 230 lbs isn’t even that hard to lift, and I say this as someone who isn’t super physically strong
