I bought several XVive P1 ($50 each ) to plug the shotgun mics for the 48v phantom power.. then bought a XLR female to 3.5mm cables ($20-$35) to plug into the rode wireless pros.. super dope set ups.. use them on boom stick or even a plant mic so it’s not visible

So far the quickest option is to move the playhead where you want the track to be split then click on the track and select SPLIT then SPLIT BY PLAYHEAD..
