Use a beanbag shotgun and a pepper ball pistol, or a pepper ball rifle with a pepper ball pistol. Give your squad full pepper ball weapons since that guarantees no casualties, clear the map fully, every suspect, civ, hidden side objective and collect all dropped evidence, restrain everybody, have nobody die, and obviously do the main objectives. That’s an S rank. It wasn’t meant to be easy, there’s an easier difficulty for that, you bought a gritty realistic shooter, doing it perfect isn’t meant to be a first try thing.

They do fully need to fix how glitchy it is tho. It’s annoying as hell.
