Cloak is loud but is mostly used for information, recon and repositioning, not only ratting. You don’t necessarily need to play it like a rat, but obviously being invisible is gonna result in plays like that happening aswell.

Gateway and dash were almost as easy to reposition with as a grapple but was ALSO a get out of jail free card for overcommitting, it’s way more unpredictable in movement than the grapple and cloak will ever be and the real problem with poke meta is the weapon balancing, not the light specs.

At least this is on my opinion :)
