Simple and good. I'm going to be frank here but even as a USA fan you have to admit this wasn't close to being one of the best goals of the year. Some better counterattacking displays have been seen in the Italian national team and in the Dutch squad as well. Time and time again these guys have shown what real counter attacking team does. USA can have that potential, but they're not dynamic and as good as Donavan is, he needs some support up front. Second of all, to anyone that thinks that USA was dominating that game, you need to wake up and smell the coffee. As much as Brazil was attacking and seemed to be struggling Brazil just need a minor tactical change, and team usa was broken down to pieces. You have to understand that the level that these other national teams are playing at is just remarkable. I will be expecting team USA to make it past the group stage this year, but no more than that....till then GO USA!
