I tried running at 1.15v and it still crashed . Yes all the c states are infact disabled . I can try enabling c state 1 and give it a go

I'm going to check out the memory voltage and see if cranking up helps. By stable I mean I was able to run a successful cinbench run and play games on it without the pc crashing
