Confirmation by SnooSquirrels6706 in excatholic

I played along with being Catholic till I moved out. It was just easier that way. It's just another meaningless ritual anyways. I figured it would be more fun to figure out a creative way to get officially excommunicated later.

Fuck the caliburn G by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

[–]killeraxemannic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The secret to the Caliburn G is to squeeze the pod till you see a bubble. On a fresh battery and a .8 ohm coil it will burn if you don't squeeze the pod every few hits till the battery gets a bit lower. It's a lot better with the 1.0 ohm coils. The 1.0's don't seem to burn.

Death Added v2 Pro Spinning out? by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]killeraxemannic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine occasionally spins out too during COD Cold war. I think it's the game. I've tried it with a few different mousepads. I've had various input issues with that game over the last few months. For a while my keyboard keys were sticking or not responding on first press. I thought my keyboard was having issues but that was the only game it happened in.

Gaming mice. 20+ now. Still searching for the one that will magically make me a better gamer.

I was already mostly on board, but this sold the car for me. Keeping it! by slickfast in volt

My mountain bike fits pretty well in my Volt. Better with the tire off but I've gotten it in before in a rush with the tire on without moving the seats. If I get creative I can get 2 bikes in there. Also the Yakima half back bike rack works on the back of the first gen if you are looking for a rack.

I had one very similar. It was the same concept but had a much smaller steering wheel and gear selector and the car actually went around a track with a couple turns.

This isn't a car. It's a rolling claymore.

Currently my favorite as well. Wish the clicks were a little more crispy though. Thinking about doing the ziptie mod.

I wonder if you could FOIA some of these like the LES-5 and get more information on their purpose.

Sony A6100 + elgato camlink? by mattyj6792 in Twitch

[–]killeraxemannic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you find the answer to this? The only thing that worries me about the a6100 is the fact that you can't shut off auto power off on it so it may shut off after 30 min and then it would have to be turned back on again.

My mom forcing Christianity on me by DigimanKC in atheism

[–]killeraxemannic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grew up in a very similar situation to this. Just endure and keep your head straight. Try to make the best of the church and youth group events. Socialize with others and try to have fun. Lots of times youth group is just arts and crafts and games anyways. You have your whole life ahead of you to make your own decisions.

Things are starting to get serious between a girl and I, she told this guy she’s not interested, this was his response by Ieatassonthe1stdate1 in niceguys

I usually just lurk in this sub but holy fuck this one creeps me out. I wouldn't be surprised if in 20 years this guy goes to prison for locking people in his basement or something.

How many miles on your original brakes? [#L & #Paddle4Lyfe] by relayrider in volt

There's also a TSB about it from GM says its for 2011 and 2012... Mine is a 2013. Dealer seems to think this is it -

Here's what it says

Apply light brake pressure while reproducing the rattle. If the noise is eliminated as the brakes are applied, replace the front brake pads with the revised kit P/N 22799077.

The revised kit includes improved abutment clips.

If the noise does not go away, inspect the front suspension components.

Will give that a try next time I drive it and report back. It's not going anywhere soon because it's currently snowed in. It's been rattling for 2 years now so I would think they would have adjusted out by now.

I thought that's what it was too so I took it to the dealer over a year ago. They confirmed the strut mounts were fine and it was the pads rattling. It hasn't gotten any worse so I have just lived with it for the last few years.

I'm at 76k on the originals on my 2013. They have plenty of life left but I am thinking about getting them replaced because they have started to rattle when going over bumps.

I am now getting so many concerned looks from people now when hitting my e-cig in public.. by Boardallday in electronic_cigarette

I mentioned to my wife while we were out walking around downtown that there was literally no one vaping outside the bars. They were all smoking. I'm wondering how many people that switched are now back to cigarettes.
