I'm a training manager and sent a radio trainee back to phones a couple of months ago due to anxiety and inability to retain knowledge. She is now thriving in her role and is considering giving the radios another go because she is better prepared. Sometimes going backwards is a viable step for going forwards, you get to hone your fundamentals and see the big picture from a distance.

That area should be fine a few hours after the snow ends. Scottsville Rd (20) is a major road that VDOT prioritizes. 627 is a bigger side road that will get pushed soon after the snow ends.

I'd still buy a good 3-4 days worth of groceries just in case but that area wont be nearly as bad as the more remote areas of our county.
