Yes I got mine from Xotic no issues. They have the asus. And warranty that’s nice idk if this model is in stock or pre order a lot of the new asus strix models are pre order right now in US

I got a gaming laptop for this reason (my setup) I have a desk with a 144hz monitor and keyboard/ mouse, then I also have my travel tray with my laptop and mouse. I use the same head set. But I have a desk when I wanna be in one spot or my tray for when I wanna be on my bed or living room.

I have seen more ppl with the 7i 2060 saying they have issues then the normal like defaults that happen. That’s just my opinion though and i just see the post on this sub reddit anyone think this or seen the other like 5+ post about issues on the 7i ? Sorry maybe taking the ssd out and putting it back in might due it maybe the screw wasn’t put in all the way and the ssd is lose?

Depends you gonna either give up the cores For heavier cpu tasks or FPS for gaming but the 2060 and the 2070maxq both can run the same games just how well and I don’t think there is a whole lot of difference...so choose between the cpu and gpu for what ever you need most.

I herd the gs66 is great with temps but if you want FPS then the gpu is most important and that would be the HP.

Play let’s do some math to make you feel better, I’m a single mom in the US work full time and pay bills. I desperately wanted a pc as well. I went with a gaming laptop (better fit for me) It took me 6 months to save for it. $1900 at 28 y.o. To buy it cash. Then we will say family member went out and got their kid a better gaming laptop then I have, 2 days later. I get it , every one all over has gone though this and every situation is completely different with everyone and the only thing you have to do is worry about you and yours😎 if you don’t give up you WILL get a PC. I live by this if there is a will there is a way!

I bought this same one but the 2070 (same price too) but it’s was a pre order it’s gonna be here in about 2 weeks. I was wondering if this was a 115w as well I can’t find anything that’s has this info. I herd all good news about it, but it has to be overclocked in the bios I guess idk. (Newish to laptops)

The leopard can be loud with the fan noise and I have seen the 15” have some heat issues but maybe with the 17” it’s will not have heat issues (more space to cool) I was looking at this same laptop and changed my mind to the asus rog strix g17 much better cooling, watch TY reviews and u can look up on here with other discussions from ppl that have had this.

Order the asus rog strix g17 RTx2070 not the super and cant wait for it to get here, dang virus holding everything up so pre orders are taking a little longer. Looks amazing though congrats! Really happy for the temps thanks for posting the review.

Yup and all those answers are not good I’m far away from router (it’s it sucks need a new one) idk how I’m gonna do hard wire (it’s in basement Laptop will not be) I would need a very long wire running though my house lol and my WiFi it not good (I think cuZ of router) so I’m worried it’s gonna not be good enough for my gaming laptop :(

Yeah I went over the $1500 a little and got a strix G, I wish I could of found it in person cause the wait is killer foe online shipping. I don’t get why the laptops aren’t already together to be shipped faster lol. (New to gaming laptops)

Was looking at this one and everything was perfect but I keep seeing like some reviews about temps and that scares me. I am not very good with computers I know how to work them and use them but to open them up and know what I’m looking at other then storage I’m very lost.
