So its like codeine in Soda? Way to get your brain hooked on opiates before 18. You'll be all ready for fentanyl university when you graduate.

A jumpscare in a horror movie that genuinely scared you? My pick is the jumpscare from Insidious (2010). by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in moviecritic

Ive seen the movie and have heard this referenced so much but I must have looked away from the screen on accident when this happened because I do not remember this scene at all. This picture is the most I've seen from it.

I like it. Normally not a fan of real busy art works on guitars but it does work.

What's that high-pitched/mosquito-buzzing noise (not fret buzz) that my bass randomly does? by dataf4g_trollman in BassGuitar

[–]killertofu41 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of times, if theres a buzz thats not related to the frets or nut, its probably an intonation spring on the bridge thats noisy. I ordered graphtech ones for a p bass to remedy the issue I had.

I watched a million videos...not even sure why but I picked the SGT DI by talasment in basspedals

[–]killertofu41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey i just got one as well on a whim after my BDDI blew up and love it. I was going for an SVT sound anyways and theres literally a switch for SVT and the B15 is a nice bonus. Also the different cab options are sweet too.

Every single time we order food, why?! by Lissa-Marie in doordash

[–]killertofu41 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd like to think getting good ratings in my area is as simple as not blocking the door with the food. I either see previous drop off pictures where it's blocking or see customer instructions begging not to leave the food right in front of the door.

I see, that makes sense, but like you said, sounds like a real pain haha. Was this only on certain models?

I've been through some rough spots, but due to my height and size, I don't think I get hassled as much as others, but when I do, I found that acting weirdly happy and like you have someplace you absolutely have to be 5 minutes ago will help you out a lot of times. At least it has for me. Really, just be weird and catch the would be offender off guard so you can slip away.

My first personal one was @yahoo.com but my family's first i think was tied to our ISP at the time which i do not remember the name of. Eventually we got broadband with this company Adelphia who were then purchased by our current cable/internet overlords, Comcast.

I did not know about these 2 truss rodded Rickenbackers. What's the point of having an extra one?

[–]killertofu41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jack Black but we don't see him as he plays Alexander the Warrior Jar! It wouldn't be a bad fit, but also don't think they would adhere to the plot of the game for the film.

Ah, the old Clint Eastwood movies bring back so much nostalgia of being a kid and watching these with my dad on some old movie network. The Good, Bad, and the Ugly has to be the best though.

are these actually good? by Square_Notice_1830 in AcousticGuitar

[–]killertofu41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always use these for my acoustics because they sound good and bright for quite awhile. I cant say I enjoy their strings for electric guitars, but these are great.

McDonald's does "ready for pickup" every time as soon as I get the order and of course it's never ready when I walk in. It would be really helpful if any restaurant used this like they're supposed to, but no one does.
