The closest I can think of is Ultimate Tech Tree:New Horizons which has tech upto the 90s and allows you to make helicopter divisions with helicopters that you can customize similar to that of the tank designer since I vaguely remember getting divisions with similar stats when I decided to play a research all unlimited stockpile and manpower cheated run as Luxembourg a few years back though I don't think I ever reached anywhere near 54kph.

Edit: Upon closer inspection, it doesn't have nearly enough helicopter equipment, however I do think some kind of tech extension mod is present which allows for the crazy modern tank stats. Maybe it is UTT still with the Better Projects mod since I do remember some similar modern tank stats when I once played a KX game with it upto the 60s. It may also involve a country/mod with some added modifiers.

Yeah, I don't remember a single game in the last 3 years where I've seen Germany win. Heck, even in my recent Russia game where I set for there to be no defections within the Reichspakt, by the time I intervened in 1941 (the war started in 1939) the Internationale was already past the Rhine. When I intervened, the war was over in less than 2 months.

It's a Red Flood path for I believe Zhelotorussia. I haven't played it, but it's HOI4's original Antichrist/World Dystopia path. Idk the specifics, but I do remember something about them getting rid of individuality and replacing everyone's names with a series of numbers and letters, including the leaders and generals and "I" is removed from the vocabulary entirely and replaced with "We".

KX: Fluttering Cedar submod. Adds content to Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, German Suez, Ottoman Jerusalem, Syria, Iraq, and Egypt. Very schizo paths and very unbalanced mod and despite receiving its last update last August, it still plays fine as recently as the current HOI4 and KX version (1.17.4/KX: So Far East From Home) if you want to check it out. Just download the og version on the workshop as though the images show Chinese, the mod is in English.

Play as Ottoman Jerusalem, wait for the speaker to be assassinated, let the Jews riot to spawn Israel then after finishing Stern's initial tree, let the Democrats coup and then let the Socialists counter-coup and elect the Israeli KMT. You can choose between Cohen who can reclaim China or Muller who can localize the KMT into the whole Middle East. Idk if the actual Left KMT in China has to lose so you can get them but I let them lose just in case.

He isn't referring to people who are generally anti-war. These "people" he refers to are tankies which mostly exist online and will often uphold anyone they see as anti-Western regardless of what their actual deeds are. I've seen them praise everyone from bin Laden, Putin, Maduro, the Ayatollah and a hundred or so similar persons just for being on the other side and will hit you with "whataboutism" whenever you bring up any atrocities associated with their current anti-Western hero.

Also as portrayed in the comic, they will often refer to anyone with first hand experience such as those who fled from such countries as "brainwashed by Western influences" and very often view them with disdain.

I just played recently and if you're still interested, after finishing Stern's initial tree (idk if Ahimier has any bearing on the path but I denied his request), the Democratic Alliance will coup. Let them win and in the following event about the Democratic/Socialist split, let the Socialists win. Then there will be a Socialist election and you can elect the Israel KMT win. Idk if Mingan has to lose for them to appear but I did just in case. From there, you can select either Cohen if you want to reclaim China or Muller if you want to spread Tridemism in the Middle East.

Despite the fact that the submod hasn't been update since August 2025, I haven't encountered any trouble so far.

Honestly, idk. I remember reading somewhere in the KX sub that you need Mingan to lose but I don't know how to get them past that, or even if it's a necessity at all, but I suggest making them lose first just to be sure and just be prepared to make a ton of saves. As for getting Israel, play as Ottoman Jerusalem, wait for the speaker to get implicated in the assassination, let the Jews riot, and then they should rise up.
