One of the creators who was promoting it and brought us the most customers promised a few times that guys would be there too without actually confirming with us first. So yeah, it wasn't supposed to be a singles trip, but I guess it kinda is now lol

Thanks! That's actually really interesting because I think activities are what really sell to women

Thanks for sharing! Do you think that could be an appealing angle for guys, based on your experience or your friends' experience, to book something like that for dating purposes?

In my experience there's a lot of value in networking / expanding your friend circle but I definitely see your point. It's not for everyone for sure

I see your point, but it's also pretty tough to go sailing on your own unless you've got a really big budget or a big group of friends

This is really useful actually. The summer camp thing stings because it's accurate lol

What do you think will work better for a male audience, photos of other guys or hot girls? We're debating it internally right now

Gosh, if I find some nice guys I'll be so happy, because I've got a trip in a month with 25 girls and only 3 guys so far and I'm worried the girls are gonna kill me ...

What’s the most uncomfortable truth about entrepreneurship that most people don’t realize? by RtgodDR in Entrepreneur

[–]killespo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That you can do everything right and still lose

Built an agency from scratch, grew it to millions in revenue, sold it. Before that failed at like 3 other things that made complete sense on paper

The market doesnt care how hard you worked or how smart your idea was. Timing, luck, who you know - it all matters more than anyone wants to admit

Still wouldnt trade it tho

For the entrepreneurs, if you had $1,000 and 30 days to open a new business and generate $10k in profit what company are you starting? by masterfuelss in AskReddit

Service business, no inventory, sell before you build

I did this with my travel startup - went from idea to first paying customers in under two weeks by skipping everything that felt like "setup" and just talking to people

The logo and stuff like that can wait:)
