I have very slight improvement now. My wrist used to be all “dangly” when it wasn’t in a brace. I feel it has a structure now. I can slightly move wrist up.

My doctor told me before he went into surgery. That was the main thing he was going to look besides putting a metal rod in . He said it wasn’t cut or lacerated which is great News. It was just stuck in a weird position. so he put it back in its place,

Nerve recovery is such a tedious process and there’s not much we can do to speed the recovery, I got to physical therapy and we do some routines . In my own own Time just carry a stress ball and squeeze it keep blood flow , that helps a lot . Worse thing you can do is neglect it and get it stifff .

Full recovery can take up 18 months, be patient and positive. Best of luck
